Attention tattoo addicts!

There is nothing quite like the adrenalin and sound of getting a tattoo. If you’re anything like me, you’re always on the hunt for a new tattoo design; and again, if you’re like me, you are sometimes impulsive and want instant gratification and when you look again, you’re on tattoo number uhm 26? I think.

The ‘downside’ to getting tattoos though is the healing process. Depending on the size and placement, it could take weeks to heal and that’s generally a reason why I tend to avoid getting tattoos in the summer. I simply love Summer and being a water baby, I can’t let a tattoo stop me from enjoying the weather as much as I love body art.

I was recently introduced to a product called Tattoo Addict after care. Rather than rely on word-of-mouth I decided to test it out for myself and in order to do that, I needed another tattoo. I went for something a bit smaller but had it placed on my arm which is more often that not, exposed to the sun. I was truly impressed with this product. The upside is that this product is stocked by my tattoo artist which means he gives it the green light as well.

I applied it a few times a day and it really helped me with the itch of a new tattoo. It’s been 2 weeks since my tattoo and it’s completely healed. The great thing about this product is that it has no shelf life which means you can store it for future use - trust me, you will want another tattoo!

Tattoo Addict after care is made from natural products and has zero chemicals. It contains beeswax which forms a protective barrier holding in the moisture and reducing dryness. Beeswax is anti-allergenic and works well in soothing itchy dry skin. This product also contains shea butter, which aids in cell regeneration and essential oils which acts as an anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory agent.

What’s more, the Tattoo Addict after care can also be used for: Lip balm, minor cuts and scrapes, chaffing, callouses, cracked heels, nails and cuticles, minor burns, beard grooming, bruising, dry skin, healing piercings, bites and stings, pimples and sunburn.

Don’t take my word for it try it out for yourself!
